At Simarka, most products are fulfilled through our supplier network with inventory located in United States warehouses to provide faster delivery for customers within the United States.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During holidays, peak seasons, inventory transfers, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
For most United States orders:
- Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
- Delivery Time: 2–7 Business Days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–10 Business Days
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, inventory availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Simarka may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Most orders include tracking information.
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If tracking information has not updated within 5 business days after shipment, please contact simarka@simarka.shop.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Simarka is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will assist in investigating the shipment where possible.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos and/or videos of the issue.
