REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Simarka, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you experience any issues with your order, we will work with you to find a fair and timely resolution.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at simarka@simarka.shop.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the problem

After review, we may provide one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement item
  • Replacement parts
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

In most cases, damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items do not need to be returned.


LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact simarka@simarka.shop as soon as possible.


RETURNS & CHANGE-OF-MIND REQUESTS

We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery.

If an item is no longer needed, was ordered by mistake, or does not meet your expectations, you may contact us to request a return review.

Please note:

  • Return approval is not guaranteed.
  • Return eligibility is reviewed based on the reason for return, product condition, and our return guidelines.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
  • Return instructions and the return address will be provided after review.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original components and packaging whenever possible.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approval of a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Final Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds or returns may be denied in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear
  • Incomplete information or insufficient evidence for damaged-item claims
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Refused deliveries or unclaimed packages

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
